"Josh was going door-to-door in my neighborhood. I thought 'what kind of company still goes door to door?' He was amazing. I got an iPad for Christmas and I could not get the thing to work. I called Apple, they said I had to pay extra to get Apple Care. What? Josh got it set up in 10 minutes. I didn't even buy anything from him. All I can say is wow!"
